For many years, the MEMO Conference brings together public administration actors from the entire federal territory at the University Campus Münster. With our software FORMCYCLE, we will again be a local partner this year.
On 03.06.2019 we will speak with the University of Bayreuth about applications of digital forms and workflows in the university environment. Also the participation portal as Säschische basic balance will be presented in this event context. The complete program can be found here.

Among other things, we are part of the newly added format "Business Speed ​​Dating" this year. Numerous Use Cases & Best Practices will be on 16.05.2019 from 10 - 16 clock directly in the Congress Hall at the Zoo Leipzig. Passing by is worthwhile!

For all FORM.CLOUD users a completely revised version is now available. Interested parties are welcome to create a free FORM.CLOUD account and test the software. Digitizing forms & workflows can be so easy.

The user interface of our form and process management software is now even more intuitive to use. In addition, many new features have been integrated. Take a look at the release notes. At our regular product presentations, we talk about common use cases and how easy it can be to create, process and integrate digital forms.

For all parents who live in Saxony, Berlin & Brandenburg, the paperless parental allowance application is possible with "Elterngeld digital".
At the core of the web application is our software XIMA® FORMCYCLE as form software technology. The complete project has been implemented by our partner] init [together with the BMSFJ.

The project was implemented with AntOn, the digital application management software.

Essentially, AntOn is a FORMCYCLE extension with a focus on user management and data delivery. The parental allowance application form and the attached workflows are provided via FORMCYCLE.

Since October 2018 the application is available as a pilot project in Saxony & Berlin / Brandenburg. More than 3000 applications could be processed in a time-saving and paper-saving way.

The User Group meeting of our form management software XIMA® FORMCYCLE was very successful in cooperation with the University of Bayreuth.
We were very pleased about the great interest and the promises of our speakers.
