Document management systems
The seamless transfer of documents generated or edited in formcycle to existing document management systems (DMS) is made possible by the CMIS interface - a manufacturer-independent and open standard for ECM/DMS systems. formcycle supports simple integration with most DMS providers. Here is a selection of DMS vendors that can be connected to formcycle:
regisafe (comundus regisafe GmbH)
Regisafe is a document management system (DMS) that is used to manage, organise and archive documents in companies and administrations. It offers functions such as capturing, storing, indexing and accessing electronic documents in various formats, including text documents, images and PDFs.
nscale (Ceyoniq Technology GmbH)
With nscale, companies can easily and quickly deploy and manage their applications and services on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform. nscale supports the use of containers, such as Docker containers, to ensure the portability of applications.

Storage solutions
When processing large files via form uploads, it is often easier to save the files in external storage solutions and manage them from there. The connection to these storage solutions is made via WebDAV or the interfaces provided by the manufacturer, for example.
DropBox

Amazon S3

WebDAV
WebDAV stands for ‘Web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning’ and is a protocol that is based on HTTP and enables the joint editing and management of files via the Internet. It extends the HTTP protocol to provide functions for creating, modifying and managing files on remote servers or in the cloud.
