Invitation management

formcycle's invitation management automates the creation and dispatch of invitations based on a data source. All relevant information is read from the data source and the invitation form is pre-populated with the corresponding values. The invitations are then sent automatically by email to the identified recipients. The data sources can come from databases or CSV/Microsoft Excel files. After sending, all information is available in the inbox and can be easily processed further via the workflow, just like all other forms.

Simply import the required information (e.g. e-mail, name) and off you go.
